  • Next working day shipping on all Mainland UK orders (if ordered before 2pm). All orders are processed same working day before 2pm and next working day after 2pm. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. UK orders will be shipped on a courier next working day service. While we aim to meet our listed dispatch and delivery times, couriers may experience delays which are out of our control.

  • Europe: 3-5 Days, United States: 5-10 Days, Asia: 5-10 Days, Australasia: 7-21 Days. Please note that international shipping times will range depending on the country. We expect these time frames cannot guarantee these delivery times as it depends on the courier service in your resident country. For any other territories that you would like specific delivery information please contact us.

  • For Mainland UK* Orders Over £40: Free Shipping. Under £40: £4.99. *Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey: £9.99. International Orders: £9.99.

  • Shipping to Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey is currently £9.99. The cost of shipping to these locations from our courier partners is quite high, Puresport covers a large portion of the cost already, but we are working on improving this.

  • We ship to all countries except for Afghanistan, Canada, Finland, Iceland, India, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, North Korea, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa, Sweden and United Arab Emirates.

  • After your order is dispatched you will be sent tracking information. You can also check your order status using our chat on site.

  • We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 21 days of your order arriving. We will also accept returns of faulty items. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back in a resalable condition, unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.

  • To make a return, please contact us via the chat on site or fill out our contact form. Once your return is accepted you you will need to post the item back to us before being issued a refund. All returns are at the cost of the customer.
